No Purchase Necessary Firearm Giveaway
1. Sponsor
The Scar 17S Giveaway is sponsored by The Cotner Group LLC.

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who live in the state of Ohio and who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legally eligible to possess and receive a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:
• Employees of the Sponsor
• Immediate family members of employees (spouse, parents, siblings, children)
• Persons prohibited from possessing firearms under applicable law
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period
The Promotion begins on 5/1/2026 and ends when all available units of the promotional product Scar 17 S Sticker Pack have been sold or on May 1, 2027, whichever occurs first.
Sponsor reserves the right to end the Promotion once inventory of the promotional product is exhausted.

4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. How to Enter
Option 1 – Purchase Entry (Optional)
Participants who purchase Scar 17 S Sticker Pack during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry into the drawing per item purchased.
Option 2 – Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit an entry by:

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Firearm Transfer Requirements
The firearm prize will be transferred only through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in compliance with all applicable laws.
The winner must:
• Successfully pass all required background checks
• Complete all required federal and state firearm transfer documentation
• Meet all legal eligibility requirements
If the winner cannot legally receive the firearm, fails the background check, or declines the transfer, the Sponsor may:
• Select an alternate winner, or
• Award a substitute prize of equal or lesser value.
Any transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL dealer are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will occur within 30 days after the Promotion ends.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email, phone, or mail within 7 days of the drawing.
If the selected winner:
• Cannot be contacted within 7 days,
• Fails to meet eligibility requirements, or
• Fails to complete required documentation,
the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.
If required by law, the Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize.

11. Liability Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize.
Winner assumes all responsibility for the lawful possession and use of the firearm.

12. Compliance With Laws
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The firearm prize must be legal to own in the winner’s state and locality.

13. Privacy
Any personal information collected during entry will be used solely for administering the Promotion and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
